We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions: Product is in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging. The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product. Return Process: To initiate a return, please complete the following steps: Log into your Homesector account and access your order history. Select the order containing the product you want to return and click "Return Item". Select the reason for the return and provide additional information, such as photos, if necessary. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to return the product.
Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchange: If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or color, please follow the returns process above and indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange. We will process your exchange as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly. Please package the product securely and use a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe arrival. Exceptions: We do not accept returns on the following products: Products that have been used or altered in any way. Customized or custom made products. Products purchased during a promotional sale or sale.
